The CGI.PM Perl module has been deprecated and removed from the Perl 5.22
distribution.
<br>It has been extracted from the Perl 5.18 distrubution and included here for
convenience.
<br>WASD example Perl scripts that use the CGI module have been modified to
explicitly include this directory in the include path.
