  *  Refresh package security on yahMAIL wrapper and executable:
     $ SECHAN = "$HT_EXE:SECHAN"
     $ SECHAN /PACKAGE CGI_BIN:YAHMAIL.COM
     $ SECHAN /PACKAGE CGI_EXE:YAHMAIL.EXE

 VMS file attributes saved ... use UnZip 5.2+ on OpenVMS
