  *  Bugfixed CGISYM.C for WASD scripts ported to OSU. 
     A problem with the elipsis wildcard when generating the
     PATH_TRANSLATED CGI variable produced invalid VMS file syntax.
     Can (should) be applied to all pre-981202.ZIP installations.

  *  To unZIP, build and install the update:
     $ SET DEFAULT WWW_ROOT:[SCRIPT_CODE.WASD]
     $ UNZIP "-V" dir:WASDOSU981202UPD.ZIP
     $ @BUILD_CGISYM LINK
     $ COPY CGISYM*.EXE WWW_ROOT:[BIN]
 
 VMS file attributes saved ... use UnZip 5.n+ on OpenVMS
