  *  "VMSeti" v1.2 Web interface for monitoring VMS SETI@home processing.
     (v1.2 has a "spike report" that actually works (check the README), and
     changes that should support VMS SETI@home v2.0 when it's finally released)
     Updates to v1.0 or v1.1 installations should also update VMSETI.COM
     This package supports WASD, OSU, and should any other CGI-based server
     package (e.g. Purveyor, FastTrack, Apache ... although untested)

  *  WASD UNZIP:
     $ SET DEFAULT HT_ROOT:[SRC]
     $ UNZIP "-V" dir:VMSETI120.ZIP  !creates subdir [.VMSETI]
     (Consult README_WASD.HTML for build and installation)

  *  OSU UNZIP:
     $ SET DEFAULT WWW_ROOT:[SCRIPT_CODE]
     $ UNZIP "-V" dir:VMSETI120.ZIP  !creates subdir [.VMSETI]

  *  other UNZIP:
     $ SET DEFAULT device:[directory]
     $ UNZIP "-V" dir:VMSETI120.ZIP  !creates subdir [.VMSETI]
