  *  To link-only the executable:
     $ @BUILD_QDLOGSTATS LINK
  *  To compile+link the executable:
     $ @BUILD_QDLOGSTATS
  *  Check the description in QDLOGSTATS.C for setup details.
     Remember - QUICK & DIRTY so there aren't too many frills!!
     Should also work for non-WASD servers ... but I haven't tried it.
     
 VMS file attributes saved ... use UnZip 5.2+ on OpenVMS
