Pleased to announce the release of WASD v12.4 for the Alpha, Itanium and
x86-64 platforms, available for download

  https://wasd.vsm.com.au/wasd/

The recommended and baseline build TLS is OpenSSL 3.0.

For those without VSI SSL3, it is now possible to add OpenSSL compatible with
the latest VSI release to the WASD build environment and use the supplied
object libraries for linking, or as a full build, compiling then linking.

This release is possibly the most stable, performant WASD in a couple of
major versions. More on this with a post later in the month.

wuCME also has received a bump to v2.2.0. This incorporates a build against
the referenced WASD SSL package. This version continues to provide a
WASD-specific 'tls-alpn-01' challenge (accesses the server directly on port
443 using a specially crafted TLS connection) plus two unproven but promising
changes, the 'dns-01' challenge (allows site wildcard certification) and a
VSI Apache release (not field tested).

Regards, Mark.
