A much more modest improvement on the 2021 report of 244.9, perhaps 12%.
Cannot explain this. Sigh. Obviously ran VUPS.COM several times, over
multiple boots, to obtain and confirm all these results. Suspiciously close
to exactly 50% of the original report (or 200% of this one).
