Copying Bookreader Files
  Bookreader files take two forms:

  .
        Book files, which are stored in a binary format
  .
        Bookshelf files, which are stored in ASCII text format

  You can access Bookreader files in the following ways:

        Copy the books:

        - From a Tru64 UNIX system to an OpenVMS system
        - From an OpenVMS system to a Tru64 UNIX system
        - From the OpenVMS ConOLD disc
        - From the Tru64 UNIX ConOLD disc

        Read the books remotely (see Reading Books Between
        Operating Systems).
