Specifying Bookreader Resource Settings
  Each specification in a resource file follows explicit syntax
  rules. The Sample Bookreader Resource File shows a
  sample Bookreader resource file.

  A system manager can make system-wide adjustments to
  the Bookreader defaults by directly editing the Bookreader
  resource file located in the following directory:

        On OpenVMS -
        DECW$SYSTEM_DEFAULTS:DECW$BOOKREADER.DAT
  .
        On Tru64 UNIX -
        /usr/lib/X11/app-defaults/DXBookreader

  Any changes made to the Bookreader system-wide defaults
  file applies to all Bookreader users on the system, unless the
  user overrides some settings in a private resource file.
