  Conventions
  The following conventions are used in this guide:

  mouse The term mouse is used to refer to any pointing
                        device, such as a mouse, a puck, or a stylus.
  MB1,MB2,MB3 On a 3-button mouse, MB1 indicates the left mouse
                        button, MB2 indicates the middle mouse button, and
                        MB3 indicates the right mouse button.
  click The term click means press and release MB1 (unless
                        another mouse button is specifically mentioned.)
  double click The term double click means press and release MB1
                        two times in rapid succession without moving the
                        mouse.
  drag The term drag means press and hold MB1 (unless
                        another mouse button is specifically mentioned),
                        move the mouse, and then release the button when
                        the pointer is in the desired position.
  boldface text
In the online version, boldface text indicates a hotspot
                        where you double click to navigate to another section.
  italic text
Italic text indicates a reference to another document.
  Bookreader The term Bookreader refers to the Bookreader .
