TPU$MESSAGE

   The TPU$MESSAGE routine writes error messages and strings using
   the built-in procedure, MESSAGE.

   Call this routine to have messages written and handled in a
   manner consistent with TPU. This routine should be used only
   after TPU$EXECUTE_INIFILE.
