PQL_MWSDEFAULT

   PQL_MWSDEFAULT sets the minimum default working set size for a
   process created by the Create Process ($CREPRC) system service or
   the DCL command RUN (Process).

   This value overrides a smaller quantity that is set for a user in
   AUTHORIZE.

   PQL_MWSDEFAULT has the AUTOGEN and GEN attributes.
