PQL_MJTQUOTA

   PQL_MJTQUOTA sets the minimum job table byte count quota for a
   process created by the Create Process ($CREPRC) system service or
   the DCL command RUN (Process).

   PQL_MJTQUOTA is a DYNAMIC parameter.
