PQL_MDIOLM

   PQL_MDIOLM sets the minimum direct I/O limit for a process
   created by the Create Process ($CREPRC) system service or the
   DCL command RUN (Process).

   PQL_MDIOLM has the DYNAMIC and GEN attributes.
