PQL_MBYTLM

   PQL_MBYTLM sets the minimum buffered I/O byte limit for a process
   created by the Create Process ($CREPRC) system service or the DCL
   command RUN (Process).

   PQL_MBYTLM has the DYNAMIC and GEN attributes.
