PQL_DWSQUOTA

   PQL_DWSQUOTA sets the default working set quota for a process
   created by the Create Process ($CREPRC) system service or the DCL
   command RUN (Process).

   PQL_DWSQUOTA has the AUTOGEN, DYNAMIC, and GEN attributes.
