PQL_DWSEXTENT

   PQL_DWSEXTENT sets the default working set extent for a process
   created by the Create Process ($CREPRC) system service or the DCL
   command RUN (Process).

   PQL_DWSEXTENT has the AUTOGEN, DYNAMIC, and GEN attributes.
