PQL_DWSDEFAULT

   PQL_DWSDEFAULT sets the default working set size for a process
   created by the Create Process ($CREPRC) system service or the DCL
   command RUN (Process).

   PQL_DWSDEFAULT has the AUTOGEN and GEN attributes.
