PQL_DDIOLM

   PQL_DDIOLM sets the default direct I/O limit for a process
   created by the Create Process ($CREPRC) system service or the
   DCL command RUN (Process).

   PQL_DDIOLM has the DYNAMIC and GEN attributes.
