PQL_DASTLM

   PQL_DASTLM sets the default limit on the number of pending ASTs
   for a process created by the Create Process ($CREPRC) system
   service or the DCL command RUN (Process).

   PQL_DASTLM has the DYNAMIC and GEN attributes.
