   (Alpha only) MC_SERVICES_P5 is reserved for VSI use only and must
   remain at the default value of 8000000. This value must be the
   same on all nodes connected by MEMORY CHANNEL.

   MC_SERVICES_P5 is a DYNAMIC parameter.
