EXTRACPU

   EXTRACPU sets the time, in units of 10 ms, allotted to each of a
   process's exit handlers (for each access mode) after the process
   times out (that is, reaches its CPU time limit).

   EXTRACPU is a DYNAMIC attribute parameter.
