DUMPBUG

   DUMPBUG enables (1)  or disables (0) the writing of error log
   buffers and memory contents to SYS$SYSTEM:SYSDUMP.DMP when a
   fatal bugcheck occurs. This parameter should be off (0)  only
   when the executive is being debugged.
