DEFMBXMXMSG

   DEFMBXMXMSG sets the default for the mailbox maximum message size
   in bytes when this value is not specified in a Create Mailbox
   ($CREMBX) system service call.

   DEFMBXMXMSG is a DYNAMIC parameter.
