$PROCESS_SCAN

   Creates and initializes a process context that is used by $GETJPI
   to scan processes on the local system or across the nodes in an
   OpenVMS Cluster system.

   On Alpha and Integrity server systems, this service accepts 64-
   bit addresses.

   Format

     SYS$PROCESS_SCAN  pidctx [,itmlst]
