$POWER_CONTROL

   Manipulates the platform's power and performance settings to the
   value specified in the power_setting parameter. This applies to
   the entire system just as though commanded through the Integrated
   Lights-Out (iLO) web interface.

   Format

     SYS$POWER_CONTROL  power_setting, current_value
