$IDTOASC

   Translates the specified identifier value to its identifier name.

   On Alpha and Integrity server systems, this service accepts 64-
   bit addresses.

   Format

     SYS$IDTOASC  id ,[namlen] ,[nambuf] ,[resid] ,[attrib]

                  ,[contxt]
