$CRMPSC_GPFN_64_(Alpha_and_Integrity_servers)

   On Alpha and Integrity server systems, allows a process to create
   a permanent global page frame section and to map a section of its
   address space to the global page frame section.

   This service accepts 64-bit addresses.
