$CRMPSC_GDZRO_64_(Alpha_and_Integrity_servers)

   On Alpha and Integrity server systems, allows a process to create
   a memory-resident global demand-zero section and to map a section
   of its address space to the global section. Shared page table
   sections can also be created.

   This service accepts 64-bit addresses.
