$CANWAK

   Removes all scheduled wakeup requests for a process from the
   timer queue, including those made by the caller or by other
   processes. The Schedule Wakeup ($SCHDWK) service makes scheduled
   wakeup requests.

   Format

     SYS$CANWAK  [pidadr] ,[prcnam]
