/CPU

   Stops the specified secondary processor or processors (and any
   associated vector processors). The /CPU qualifier is required.

   Applies only to OpenVMS multiprocessing systems. Requires CMKRNL
   (change mode to kernel) privilege.

   Format

     STOP/CPU  [cpu-id[,...]]
