MAGTAPE

   Defines the default characteristics associated with a specific
   magnetic tape device for subsequent file operations.

   The SET MAGTAPE command is valid for magnetic tape devices
   mounted with foreign volumes.

   Format

     SET MAGTAPE  device-name[:]
