   access:       modify
   mechanism:    by descriptor

   Dynamic string descriptor of the dynamic string that STR$FREE1_
   DX deallocates. The string-descriptor argument is the address
   of a descriptor pointing to the string to be deallocated. The
   descriptor's CLASS field is checked.
