SMG$REPLACE_INPUT_LINE

   The Replace Input Line routine replaces the specified lines in
   the recall buffer with the specified string.

   Format

     SMG$REPLACE_INPUT_LINE  keyboard-id [,replace-string]

                             [,line-count] [,flags]
