SMG$REMOVE_LINE

   The Remove a Line from a Virtual Display routine removes a
   line from a specified virtual display that was drawn with the
   SMG$DRAW_LINE or SMG$DRAW_RECTANGLE routines.

   Format

     SMG$REMOVE_LINE  display-id ,start-row ,start-column ,end-row
