SMG$PUT_LINE_MULTI

   The Write Line with Multiple Renditions to Display routine writes
   lines with multiple renditions to the virtual display, optionally
   followed by cursor movement sequences.

   Format

     SMG$PUT_LINE_MULTI  display-id ,text ,rendition-string
