SMG$FIND_CURSOR_DISPLAY

   The Find Display that Contains the Cursor routine returns the
   identifier of the most recently pasted virtual display that
   contains the physical cursor.

   Format

     SMG$FIND_CURSOR_DISPLAY  pasteboard-id ,display-id

                              [,pasteboard-row] [,pasteboard-column]
