SMG$EXECUTE_COMMAND

   The Execute Command in a Subprocess routine executes the
   specified command in the subprocess created with the SMG$CREATE_
   SUBPROCESS routine.

   Format

     SMG$EXECUTE_COMMAND  display-id ,command-desc [,flags]

                          [,ret-status]
