PPL$FIND_OBJECT_ID

   Given the name of a spin lock, semaphore, barrier, event, work
   queue, or shared memory zone, the Find Object Identification
   routine returns the identifier of the object associated with the
   name you specify.

   Format

     PPL$FIND_OBJECT_ID  object-id ,object-name
