PPL$CREATE_SHARED_MEMORY

   The Create Shared Memory routine creates (if necessary) and maps
   a section of memory that can be shared by multiple processes.

   Format

     PPL$CREATE_SHARED_MEMORY  section-name ,memory-area [,flags]

                               [,file-name] [,protection]
