LIB$GET_COMMAND

   The Get Line from SYS$COMMAND routine gets one record of ASCII
   text from the current controlling input device, specified by the
   logical name SYS$COMMAND.

   Format

     LIB$GET_COMMAND  resultant-string [,prompt-string]
