LIB$FREE_VM_PAGE

   The Free Virtual Memory Page routine deallocates a block of
   contiguous pages on VAX systems or pagelets on Alpha and I64
   systems that were allocated by previous calls to LIB$GET_VM_PAGE.

     LIB$FREE_VM_PAGE  number-of-pages ,base-address
