LIB$DELETE_VM_ZONE_64

   (Alpha and I64 only.) The Delete Virtual Memory Zone routine
   deletes a zone from the 64-bit virtual address space and returns
   all Alpha and I64 system pagelets owned by the zone to the
   processwide 64-bit page pool.
