DDIF

   Specifies that the file to be printed is a DDIF bitonal image file.
   DDIF (DIGITAL Document Interchange Format) is used to encode graphic
   images.  Other types of DDIF-encoded data, including grayscale images,
   color images,and text, are ignored.
