LMCP

   The LMCP utility creates and manages the transaction logs used by
   DECdtm services.

   To invoke the LMCP utility, enter the following command at the
   DCL prompt:

   $ RUN SYS$SYSTEM:LMCP

   The utility responds with this prompt:

   LMCP>

   At the LMCP> prompt you can enter HELP to get on-line help on the
   LMCP commands.
