IOSEGMENT

   Specifies the amount of space to be allocated for the image
   I/O segment, which holds the buffers and OpenVMS RMS control
   information for all files used by the image.

   Format

     IOSEGMENT=number-of-pagelets[,[NO]P0BUFS]

     IOSEGMENT=0,NOP0BUFS (default)
