/TRANSLATE

   The /TRANSLATE qualifier forces INSTALL to substitute the name of
   a file that you specify as a logical name.

                                  NOTE

      To use this qualifier, however, you must invoke INSTALL as a
      foreign command before you use the /TRANSLATE qualifier:

        $ INSTALL = "$INSTALL"
