.SKIP

   The .SKIP command inserts a multiple of the number of blank
   lines that has been specified by the .SPACING command. Contrast
   this with .BLANK, which inserts only the number of blank lines
   specified with the .BLANK command itself. (See .BLANK.)

     .SKIP  [[-]n]

   Abreviated format

     .S  [[-]n]
