.LAYOUT

   The .LAYOUT command rearranges running-head and running-foot
   information on pages. (See the .HEADERS ON command.) When the
   default .LAYOUT operates, page numbering is not displayed on the
   first page, it starts on page 2.

   Format

     .LAYOUT  n1 [,n2]

   Abreviated format

     .LO  n1 [,n2]
