/CHARACTERISTIC

   Deletes the definition of a queue characteristic previously
   established with the DEFINE/CHARACTERISTIC command. The
   /CHARACTERISTIC qualifier is required.

   Requires OPER (operator) privilege.

     DELETE/CHARACTERISTIC  characteristic-name
